Hi
Creative use of raspberries, but I personally I would have trouble disgesting a spinach and raspberry combo, how about using kiwi instead of spinach. I will try with ripe banana and avoid any concentrated sweetner.

Hi!

I love your raw food blog! I have a juicing blog and I was hoping we could network. We're currently giving away a Green Star 1000, which is a fantastic juicer for a raw diet... but I'm sure you already know that. We'll be giving away free juicers and things juicer related pretty often so I thought you might want to let your readers know about our give-aways.

I couldn't find any other way to contact you but I'm hoping you screen your posts before they get published (I don't like posting links on other people's sites without their permission!)

Here is the link to our juicer contest. Please take a look at let us know what you think. As I said earlier, I would love to network with you!

Mmm this sounds great for the summertime. Although our spinach is out of season, I do have some frozen from the garden. Any suggestions for substituting the almond milk? Juice maybe? Thanks for the inspiration!

this sounds like how i make my smoothies. if it's in a bowl, it's sorbet. if it's in a cup with a straw, it's a smoothie. :)

We use the same thing for popsicles, minus the sweetner and milk - we just add water. The kids inhale them!!
