Video – How To Make A Green Smoothie

I found this video on YouTube and it perfectly shows how to make a green smoothie. Her smoothie even looks like mine do…kinda rusty/muddy looking because we use dark berries. The blender she is using is another rawesome choice, the Blendtec. Enjoy!

OOh, I’m stoked to start doing this. I’m hopeful that it’ll be a great way for my kids to get their greens…not to mention me and my hubby. See, I do pretty good with cooked greens but I know I’m missing so much of the good stuff by doing it that way. So raw smoothies here we come!

This video kicks butt – that blender is amazing and even though I think I have a good amount of knowledge on greens and eating healthy – I learned something. Didn’t know that little tidbit about Kale!
